All RAW samples are 100% royalty-free. You are fully authorized to use them in your commercial releases (Spotify, Apple Music, physical copies, etc.) without owing any additional royalties or fees. However, please note that our samples are provided on a non-exclusive basis:

• No Copyright Claims: You cannot claim exclusive copyright over the standalone samples, nor can you claim copyright infringement against another producer who uses the exact same sample in their track.
• PRO / Content ID Restrictions: You may not register your track with a Performing Rights Organization (PRO), Collective Management Organization (CMO), or any Content ID system in a way that claims exclusive ownership over the sample. You cannot claim you have been sampled by others based on their legitimate use of these shared audio files.
