Scope

These general terms of sale govern sales of physical products and digital products offered on the raw-people.com online shop.

Products and prices

The essential characteristics, availability and prices are shown on each product page. Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT FR25 830 696 720). Delivery fees are added to the summary before payment is confirmed.

Product photographs and visuals are provided for illustration only and do not form part of the contract.

Orders

The order is confirmed when the customer ticks acceptance of these terms and confirms payment. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the address provided. RAW reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a prior dispute, suspected fraud or unavailability.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe for card payments. PayPal may also be offered where this payment method is enabled on the shop. Payment data is processed directly by these providers and is never stored by RAW.

Delivery

Physical orders are dispatched within one to five business days after payment confirmation. A tracking number is provided once the shipment has been taken over. Delivery times may vary according to destination and carrier.

Delivery fees in force:

• France: €5.90.
• European Union: €9.90.
• Rest of the world: €14.90.

Relay point delivery may be offered where this option is enabled in the shop settings; the corresponding rate is then shown at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

Under articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons.

To exercise this right, the customer notifies the decision by email to contact@rawagency.org or by means of the model form below. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with their labels, within fourteen days of notification. Return costs are borne by the customer, except where the seller made an error or the product is defective.

The refund is made within fourteen days of receipt of the return or of proof of dispatch, to the original means of payment.

Digital products

Sample packs are digital content supplied immediately after payment, by download or streaming. By confirming the order, the customer requests immediate performance of the contract and acknowledges waiving the right of withdrawal for such content, in accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, once the content has been downloaded or streamed.

Statutory guarantees

Apart from any commercial guarantee, the customer benefits from the statutory guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Any request concerning an order may be sent via the Contact page or by email to contact@rawagency.org.

In the event of a dispute that is not resolved amicably, the customer may use the consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C – Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris – www.cm2c.net – contact@cm2c.net. The customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR).

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
